On Tuesday, December 3rd, the entire staff at Liberty House Restaurant had the pleasure of hosting a fundraiser luncheon for Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop. Former President Bill Clinton attended the luncheon, praising Fulop for his efforts in the Jersey City community. The event supposedly raised more than $700,000 for Mayor Fulop. Many believe he may be planning on running for governor of New Jersey in the near future. Other prominent guests in attendance included N.J. Rep. Albio Sires and advisers to U.S. Senator Cory Booker.
